| Description: | Our client is wholly owned by an international group. In South Africa they operate processing and packing plants supplying B2B and B2C customers flagship premium and value-economy brands. Reporting to the GM/Country Manager, you will have full general management responsibility for:- ● Strategy Formulation & Implementation ● Operations ● Finance ● People ● Supply Chain ● Compliance ● Stakeholders. You will ensure organisational profitability through delivering operations targets in line with forecasted volumes, product quality, customer requirements & forecasted profit margins in a cost effective, safe, ethical and environmentally friendly way, while maintaining plant reliability and sustainability. Internal & External Stakeholders include Group & Regional Management, Government, Regulatory Bodies, Suppliers and Service Providers. Key requirements include: Honours/Post Graduate degree with a Masters Degree being highly desirable, 15 years manufacturing/processing operations experience responsible for P&L, with minimum 3 years at an executive level.
